Shipping Policy:

To request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving a wrong or expired product, please follow these steps:

- Fill out the form with your order details and contact information.
- Submit the form.
We will review your return request within 2 working days. If approved, our courier partner will pick up the products from your location. If our pick-up service isn’t available in your area, you’ll need to ship the product back using a reliable courier service. We’ll reimburse the shipping charges to your Bank Account, PayTM Wallet, or GPay Wallet.
Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it and proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability. Please note that replacement depends on product availability.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

Can I cancel my order?

- Click on the “CANCEL” button.
- Provide a reason for cancellation.
- Once cancelled, leave the rest to us.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account, credit/debit card, or the payment source used for the transaction within 7 business working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers need to provide their bank details where they would like to receive the refund. Once provided, the refund will be initiated to the provided bank account.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
If you cancel an order, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. For returns, we’ll refund your money after we receive the product at our warehouse and complete a quality check. Please be aware that this entire process takes 2 weeks from the time the return is picked up.
